Please note:

• Return requests are subject to verification of the order details.
• Products must comply with our Return Policy and applicable legal requirements.
• Custom-made, personalized items and products specifically excluded from the right of withdrawal under applicable law may not be eligible for return.
• Submitting a request does not automatically approve the return. Our team will review your request and provide further instructions by email.
