You have 30 days from the day your jewelry arrives to decide if it’s perfect for you. If not, you can initiate a return for a full refund or a seamless exchange. No stress, no complicated legal talk, just our commitment to your satisfaction.
How We Support Your Return
1. Personal Guidance: Simply email us at info@vkdiamonds.com. One of our experts will personally handle your request and guide you through every step.
2. Guided Process: Once we discuss your needs, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions to ensure your jewelry is handled with the care it deserves.
3. Secure Handling: For your protection, we ask that you return the item in its original packaging, including all diamond certificates (GIA/IGL, etc.). This ensures the integrity and value of the piece are preserved throughout the journey.
Fair & Transparent Terms
• Condition:
Items must be returned in their original condition, without signs of damage, wear beyond normal inspection, or alteration.
• Item Condition Review:
Items that show signs of use beyond normal inspection may be subject to a partial refund or refusal.
• Custom Creations: Since bespoke, engraved, or personalized pieces are handcrafted specifically for you, they are generally non-returnable. However, if there is ever a manufacturing concern, we promise to fix it immediately.
• Our Fair Use Policy:
To maintain our premium service and fair pricing for all customers, we may limit returns or exchanges to one per customer within six months, except where statutory rights apply.
Refund Timing: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the item has been received and approved following inspection.
Return Deadline
Items must be shipped back within 7 days from return approval.
Tracking Requirement
Returns must be sent with a valid tracking number. VK Diamonds is not responsible for items lost in transit without tracking.

• European Union: We are proud to offer a Seamless & Effortless Return Process for our EU customers. Thanks to our authorized return point within the EU, your return is handled locally. This ensures a smooth, stress-free experience with no customs complications or hidden fees.
• Global Clients: For our friends outside the EU, return shipping and local customs duties are managed by the customer. Depending on your location, certain customs charges may arise. For more information or specific guidance regarding your country, please feel free to contact our customer support team, and we will be happy to assist you.
• Our Commitment: In the rare event of a VK Diamonds error (incorrect or defective item), we take full responsibility for all costs to provide you with a perfect replacement. Your trust is our most valuable asset.
Promotional & Discounted Items:
To maintain fair pricing and offer exclusive benefits to our customers, items purchased with promotional discounts, special offers, or first-time customer incentives are not eligible for return unless approved as an exception by VK Diamonds.
However, we always aim to support our clients with personalized solutions, including adjustments or exchanges where possible, to ensure a positive experience.
Damages & Defects
Quality is our signature. Please inspect your jewelry upon arrival. In the rare event of a defect or damage during transit, contact us immediately. We will prioritize your case to ensure a perfect replacement or repair.
